STOBER named 2024 Best Places to Work in Kentucky

STOBER Drives, Inc. has made the list of 2024 Best Places to Work in Kentucky in the category of medium companies comprised of 150-499 employees.

Best Places to Work in Kentucky celebrates companies who do their part to make the Commonwealth a great place to live and work while providing companies with a tool to measure workplace satisfaction.

To determine winners of the prestigious award, an assessment of the company’s employee policies and procedures and the results of an internal employee survey is completed. Kentucky employees’ feedback determines 80 percent of a company’s score.  An employer assessment accounts for 20 percent of the company’s score.

The competition is a multi-year initiative designed to motivate companies in the Commonwealth to focus, measure, and move their workplace environments toward excellence. Numerous studies show a strong correlation between profitability and creating a good place to work.
